Thus by eating right and increasing the metabolic activity of your body by reducing the calorie intake you can reduce some of your excess weight.

You are overweight. You need a proper diet. You need to be eating right. The sodium and extra preservatives in tinned vegetables should be avoided by you. If you are buying bread which is brown read carefully whether it is wheat or not. Whole grain wheat products are very essential if you are on a diet which is for weight reduction.

Buy plenty of fruits. Fruit salad in any amounts would be healthy. Buy plenty of vegetables from the frozen section and also from the fresh food section.
