Now eat very carefully if you desire to loose weight. The body burns the food and this is called metabolism. This metabolism provides you with the energy required for day to day functioning.

Eat at least 5 to 6 times in a day. Eating big portions at a time will only store the excess food as fat in your body. Eat small portions of food several times in a day.

For breakfast you can eat whole grain wheat bread, Try some fruits, beans, and juice. You should not skip the breakfast as it is a meal after several hours of gap. The body’s metabolism starts in the morning and your body should get all the energy to do its work.

Have a whole wheat bread sandwich for a snack. A plate of fruits is useful as fruits increase the body’s metabolism. Thus more fat is burnt in the body. This can help you loose weight. Now for dinner you should be eating something light too.

Drink plenty of water. 8 to 10 glasses of water will do you good and they will help remove the toxins from your body. Do some exercise too like cycling, running, jogging, and rowing. Thus by eating right and increasing the metabolic activity of your body by reducing the calorie intake you can reduce some of your excess weight.
