But due to increase in acidity, your digestive system is imbalanced and is unable to work efficiently. This slows down your fat burning process. Drink lots of water every day. Exercise
You don’t need to join the gym to exercise. Any workout as long as it makes you sweat is effective. Wake up early in the morning and do around fifty crunches, twenty five pushups, twenty pull-ups and fifty Hindu squats. Keep increasing it and make it to a hundred.
Integrate cardio with these exercises too. You don’t need a treadmill for a cardio. You can do cycling, swimming or jumping. Even fighting is a cardio.
